reducing our reliance on nonrenewable energy. To us, caring for the environment is not only an ethical and legal obligation, but a recipe for success.
In our dedicated efforts towards protecting the environment and preventing pollution, we are active participants in a variety of initiatives hosted by the government and local interest groups.

We share one overriding health and safety goal: zero accidents. Health and safety is a core value for us, and is the responsibility of every employee, from our service centre associates to our senior managers. Health and safety is the first order of business at all meetings, from board meetings to site meetings, without fail. That means that all our decisions are influenced by the impact of health and safety risks to people, property, equipment and the environment.
From risk assessments, method statements, permit- to-work and safe working practices, to guidelines for hazardous materials and confined space entry, we monitor and review every circumstance to ensure compliance.
Our dedicated health and safety team are all NEBOSH trained and qualified practitioners. In addition, we provide all our facility managers and supervisors with IOSH accredited Health and Safety training.
At City Global FM our health and safety policies, procedures, and processes are well documented and maintained taking into account the legal framework of the region in which we operate.
Sustainability

A full asset evaluation is conducted as part of all our contract mobilizations to identify the opportunities where we can implement energy and cost savings in our portfolio. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, which in turn produces triple bottom line benefits.

CMMS
Technology Assisted
We use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The software package is designed to maintain a computer database for our operations and human resources functions.
This data is intended to help the effectiveness of maintenance workers, the quality of management decisions and the verification of regulatory compliance.
CMMS software packages are nearly the same as computer aided facility management packages, which are also called facility management software.
